As part of our provision for MATs and school/college groups , our Education Consultants provide leaders with an objective review of performance outcomes across the group of schools. These sessions are designed to support the groups self-evaluation process and help identify key strategic priorities.
Session overview
Led by consultants with track records of using data to improving outcomes the meeting will provide a detailed analysis of your groups performance data and provide support on how to maximise the use of the Alps Summit platform to help further improve student achievement.
Content
The session covers:
- Detailed analysis of latest outcome data including overall student progress, progress within schools/colleges across the group and progress made across different subject areas and individual student groups
- Identification of key strategic priorities based on outcomes data
- How Alps Summit can be used to effectively to improve student outcomes at school/college, cohort and subject levels
- Where required our Alps Education Consultant can also provide a re-cap of the Alps approach and methodology at the start of the session.
