Valley Invicta Academies Trust chooses Alps to support target setting and data analysis
We are delighted to announce that Valley Invicta Academies Trust (VIAT) is one of our new Trusts using Alps this academic year across their KS5 and KS4 provision for both target setting and data analysis.
VIAT consists of an exceptional cluster of primary and secondary schools based in the Maidstone and Malling area of Kent. The VIAT Trust serves over 4000 children and young people aged 11-18 and believes in the benefits of cross-phase education whereby all pupils, regardless of background, are taught a broad curriculum by specialist teachers across all ages; thereby enabling them to master the knowledge and skills they need to achieve their full educational and personal potential.
Toby Ahern, Commercial Director at Alps, said: “We are delighted to be working with Valley Invicta Academies Trust to help support their goal to provide the very best educational opportunities for their pupils. It is our shared moral purpose to seek the best for every student, that will make the partnership between VIAT and Alps a true success.”
Julie Derrick, VIAT CEO, said: “With a shared common language, the use of Alps will allow us to collaborate and share our expertise more widely and benefit from the strengths and experiences of others in our pursuit of excellence.”
Using the full national DfE dataset, Alps provides comprehensive exam and progress tracking analysis via two platforms, Connect and Summit for over 1200 schools, colleges and groups in the UK and Internationally. We have developed Alps Summit to help Trusts navigate complex assessment data and gain consistency across their schools. Alps Summit enables MAT and Group leaders to strategically analyse and review performance across multiple schools in a simple, easy and effective way, allowing them to ask the right questions, create clear development plans and track their impact with ease.
