Synergy Multi-Academy Trust chooses Alps Summit to help achieve the best performance outcomes for pupils
Synergy Multi-Academy Trust is home to a family of fifteen schools in rural mid and north Norfolk and exists to improve the educational experience of all pupils in every Trust school. All schools in the Trust are committed to providing a broad and knowledge-rich curriculum, alongside academic excellence and we are delighted to announce that Synergy Multi-Academy Trust have chosen to use Alps Summit across their KS5 and KS4 provision again this academic year.
Toby Ahern, Commercial Director at Alps, says: “We have been working with Synergy Multi-Academy Trust for just over a year. We are committed to working in partnership to help achieve their goal of providing the very best educational opportunities for their pupils across the entire Trust. At Alps, we believe that strong trusts have considerable benefits to pupils, teachers, and the education system as a whole and we are looking forward to working together again this year to achieve great outcomes for their pupils.”
Louise Lee, CEO at Synergy Multi-Academy Trust, says: “Alps Summit enables us to look at our schools’ progress at a MAT-level. It is easy to spot trends and patterns within our schools, and offer the right level of support and challenge when discussing progress and performance with individual school leaders.”
Helen McGuiness, Director of Sixth-form at Reepham College, part of Synergy Multi-Academy Trust says: “As a sixth form we have been using Alps for more than a decade. It generates aspirational targets for students setting sufficient challenge to support staff in their promotion of ambitious post 18 pathways. The visual presentation of data allows senior and middle leaders to easily interpret trends over time, make informed curriculum decisions and adjust subject planning to ensure the highest quality of teaching is delivered.”
Using the full national DfE dataset, Alps provides comprehensive exam and progress tracking analysis via two platforms, Connect and Summit for over 1300 schools, colleges and groups in the UK and Internationally. We have developed Alps Summit to help Trusts navigate complex assessment data and gain consistency across their schools. Alps Summit enables MAT and Group leaders to strategically analyse and review performance across multiple schools in a simple, easy and effective way, allowing them to ask the right questions, create clear development plans and track their impact with ease, ultimately improving the outcomes for pupils
