The biggest strength of using Alps was the common language being used. If one member of staff was using ‘Red 3’ in a discussion, everyone knew what that meant.

The speed of publication of the Alps report in August enables us to immediately identify areas of success or concern for both subject areas and student subgroups. The simplicity of the data presentation allows all stakeholders at Purbeck School to participate in the quality assurance discussion.

Alps Connect Interactive has become everyday practice at Penistone Grammar School; it is part of our language. We would highly recommend the use of Connect Interactive as a diagnostic tool to drive continuous improvement for all students.
