Strategic Review Meeting
As part of our provision for schools using Alps Connect, our Education Consultants provide Senior Leaders in schools and colleges with an objective review of performance outcomes. These sessions are designed to support the school/college self-evaluation process and help identify key strategic priorities.
Session overview
Led by consultants with track records of using data to improving outcomes the meeting will provide a detailed analysis of your school/college performance data and provide support on how to maximise the use of the Alps Connect platform to help further improve student achievement.
Content
Key aspects covered:
- Detailed analysis of latest outcome data including overall student progress, progress within subjects and progress made by individual student groups across the curriculum
- Identification of key strategic priorities based on outcomes data
- How Alps Connect can be used to effectively to improve student outcomes at cohort, subject, and student levels
Where required our Alps Education Consultant can also provide a re-cap of the Alps approach and methodology at the start of the session.
Duration: 2 hours
